Product Description
Ceramic lagging is a type of pulley lagging. The surface of each ceramic rubber lagging is made by casting hundreds of individual small ceramic pieces into a durable rubber sheet. Each ceramic piece has raised features. Under normal conveyor belt pressure, thousands of unique Cast bumps create positive traction, preventing slippage and extending the life of the conveyor drum. At the same time, the elasticity of the underlying rubber can provide good impact resistance.
Each ceramic rubber lagging has grooves spaced at a certain distance, which allows foreign matter (dust, soil) on the drum to be discharged along the grooves, giving the drum a unique self-cleaning function and is particularly suitable for humid working environments.
