Sidewall Conveyor Belt

The Sidewall Conveyor Belt by Transco is designed to enhance performance and durability of conveyor systems.The unique design features stiff and flexible wave ribs, along with reinforced middle frame layer and nylon rubber curtain, to improve bending resistance, vertical rigidity and tear resistance. This design significantly extends the lifespan of the ribs, making them ideal for heavy duty applications.

Additionally,the sidewall conveyor belt includes transverse baffles with enhanced hardness and elasticity, allowing for optimal load capacity during high tilt operations. The use of nylon short-fiber mixing rubber in the separator, combined with a white bonding system, ensures high hardness, strong impact resistance, and minimal tearing or damage.
