Transco's state-of-the-art banding process guarantees smoother, quieter operation with zero risk of turnover or slipping off the drive. These exceptional belts are oil and heat resistant, and antistatic. Our Banded V-Belts excel in vertical shaft drives, V-Flat drives, and lutching drives. We Recommended for cases where conventional multiple V-belts struggle with belt vibrations or whip.

It consists of multiple individual V-belts (typically 2-6 strands) joined together by a strong, flexible top band (usually made of polyester or rubber composite). This integrated structure combines the advantages of single V-belts—such as efficient power transfer via wedge action—with enhanced stability and load-carrying capacity, making it ideal for high-torque, multi-shaft transmission systems across industries like manufacturing, agriculture, mining, and construction.
