The Rib Conveyor Belt by Ningbo Transco Belt Co., Ltd is designed to enhance the stiffness and elongation flexibility of wave ribs, improving tear resistance, resistance to bending, and vertical rigidity. The addition of a nylon 1260/D2-1680/D2 rubber curtain in the middle of the wave ribs extends the life of the ribs.
Furthermore, the transverse baffle of the rib conveyor belt is engineered to enhance hardness and elasticity, allowing for optimal load capacity during high tilt operations. The use of nylon short-fiber mixing rubber in the separator, along with a white-white bonding system, ensures high hardness, strong impact resistance, and durability.

The corrugated rib conveyor belt produced by Ningbo Transco Belt Co., Ltd utilizes secondary low-temperature heat vulcanization bonding for the ribs, transverse baffles, and base tape. This results in high bonding strength, firm and flat adhesive pull, preventing plate detachment.
