Structure and Features

Cover layer: It is usually made of rubber materials that are wear-resistant, cutting resistant, and chemically resistant, such as natural rubber, nitrile rubber, etc. Performance can be customized according to different usage scenarios.

Skeleton layer: Common skeleton materials include polyester canvas, nylon canvas, aramid canvas, etc. Multi layer canvas is combined together through a specific bonding process to form a skeleton layer with high strength and flexibility.

Buffer layer: Its function is to buffer the impact and wear of materials on the skeleton layer, extend the service life of the skeleton layer, and reduce belt deformation by material impact.

High Tensile StrengthConstructed with multi-layer high-strength fibers (e.g., polyester, aramid) and reinforced rubber compounds, the belts resist stretching and breakage under heavy loads. 
Abrasion & Cut ResistanceThe belt's surface is coated with wear-resistant rubber materials, such as chloroprene or styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR). This coating protects against damage from asphalt debris, metal chips, and sharp particles generated during milling, extending the belt's service life.

Flexibility & Fatigue ResistanceThe belt's flexible structure allows it to adapt to the machine's pulley layout (often with multiple bends).

Robust Construction

The structure ensures that it can effectively handle various types of materials, including granular, powdered ,or bulk substances.

Heat & Oil ResistanceRoad milling machines operate in high-temperature environments (due to friction from the milling drum and engine heat). The belts are formulated to withstand temperatures ranging from -30°C to 120°C, preventing softening or cracking.Low Slip & High PrecisionAdvanced tooth profiles (for synchronous belts) or textured surfaces (for V-belts) enhance grip between the belt and pulleys. This minimizes slip during high-speed operation, ensuring the milling drum rotates at a stable speed and delivers uniform milling depth (critical for road surface flatness).
