Introducing the Classic Cogged V belt from Ningbo Transco Belt Co., Ltd. This belt is ideal for medium and high power industrial applications with single or multiple drives.
The Automotive Cogged V belt is designed for use in applications where pulley diameters are relatively small and belt speed requirements are high. The fiber loaded cogged construction provides optimum flexibility and minimizes heat build-up.
Product Description:
A. Top Fabric: Our abrasion-resistant and flexible cover provides a firm grip to minimize slippage during use. Woven from multiple plies of yarn and rubber-treated for maximum adhesion and protection against adverse conditions.
B. Adhesion Rubber: Binds the tensile cord and fabric cover to the compression rubber, preventing component separation during use.
C. Polyester Cord/Aramid Cord: The power transmission element within the belt, wound in an uninterrupted spiral for increased tensile strength. Twisted in various configurations to match the load, pre-stretched for length stabilization and minimal stretch during use.
D. Bottom Rubber: Provides support for load-carrying tensile cords while dissipating heat. Resistant to flex cracking and compression fatigue.
E. Bottom Fabric: High fabric covering the tooth surface enhances service life and wear resistance of the belt.
