Crafted with precision, the nylon polyamide power transmission belt features a robust three-layer construction: NBR + Polyamide + NBR.This belt boasts light weight, high strength, minimal elongation, excellent oil and wear resistance, and energy-saving properties.

TYPES AND SPECIFICATION

Surface Layers (NBR): Both the upper and lower layers are made of Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR). NBR exhibits excellent oil resistance and abrasion resistance, which can effectively resist oil erosion in the working environment. Meanwhile, it enhances the friction between the belt and pulleys, ensuring the stability of power transmission and prolonging the service life of the belt.
Middle Layer (Nylon polyamide): As the core tension layer, nylon polyamide has the characteristics of high strength and low elongation. It can withstand large tension during the operation of the belt, preventing excessive stretching of the belt. This ensures the precision and stability of power transmission and is a key supporting layer for the belt to achieve long-distance and high-load transmission.

Adopt net surface grain,increase friction force.Thin cross-section allows operation with small-diameter pulleys (minimum pulley diameter: 10–50 mm, depending on thickness), making them ideal for compact machinery.

High quality materials, durable, PU/nylon covers resist abrasion, oils, greases, and most chemicals (acids, alkalis). Rubber covers offer better resistance to high temperatures (up to 120°C) and ozone.
