STRUCTURE

1. Top Fabric: The cover is abrasion-resistant and flexible, ensuring a firm grip to reduce slippage. Crafted from multiple plies of yarn and rubber-treated, it offers maximum adhesion and protection against elements and static in harsh conditions.

2. Adhesion Rubber: This rubber secures the tensile cord and fabric cover to the compression rubber, preventing separation during use.

3. Polyester Cord/Aramid Cord: The tensile cord is the powerhouse of the belt, wound in a continuous spiral for superior strength. Twisted in various configurations to handle loads, it is pre-stretched for stability and reduced stretch during use.

4. Bottom Rubber: This rubber supports load-carrying tensile cords and dissipates heat. Its formulation resists flex cracking and compression fatigue.

5. Bottom Fabric: High-quality fabric enhances the tooth surface, improving belt longevity and wear resistance.
