STRUCTURE

1.Top Fabric: This abrasion-resistant, flexible cover ensures a solid grip to minimize slippage. Crafted from multi-ply yarn, rubber-treated for superior adhesion and protection against elements and static under challenging conditions.

2. Adhesion Rubber: Binds the tensile cord and fabric cover to the compression rubber, ensuring that belt components remain intact during operation.

3. Polyester Cord/Aramid Cord: Serving as the power transmission element, these tensile cords are wound in a continuous spiral for enhanced strength. They are pre-stretched for length stability and minimal stretch during use.

4. Bottom Rubber: Provides support for load-bearing tensile cords and dissipates heat during use. Our formulation resists flex cracking and compression fatigue.

5. Bottom Fabric: A high-quality fabric covers the tooth surface, enhancing the belt's service life and wear resistance.
