2. Adhesion Rubber: This layer binds the tensile cord and fabric to the compression rubber, preventing component separation during operation.
3. Polyester Cord/Aramid Cord: Serving as the belt's power element, these uninterrupted spiral cords enhance tensile strength and are pre-stretched for stability and minimal stretch.
4. Bottom Rubber: Supporting load-carrying cords, this compression rubber dissipates heat effectively. Its formulation resists flex cracking and fatigue.
5. Bottom Fabric: A high-quality fabric covers the tooth surface, boosting service life and wear resistance.
