Chevron conveyor belt

Composed of belt carcass, has chevron shape & height varying with conveyed material and conveyor gradient.
Shape & characteristics: Belt surface has chevron pattern higher than body, either open - end or closed, with high/medium/low types.
Capability: Conveys powdered, granulated, small - lump materials (gradient ≤40°)and packaged materials.

Core layer: Composed of multiple layers of EP canvas (polyester warp yarn + polypropylene weft yarn), it is the core structurethat bears tensile force. Upper and lower covering rubber: Covering the surface of the core layer, it plays a role in wear resistance, impact resistance, and protection of the core layer. Different thicknesses and properties of rubber can be selected according to the working conditions.
