Conveyor roller is an important part of the conveyor system.There are many types and large quantities of rollers, which can support the weight of the conveyor belt and the material been conveyed.

Supporting the weight of transported goods to prevent belt sagging or damage.
Minimizing friction between the conveyor belt and fixed structures, reducing energy consumption.

Structure and Features

A typical conveyor roller comprises five core components and additional auxiliary parts, each with distinct functions.

Steel Pipe

(1)Steel pipe wall thickness of 2.5 to 5 mm.
(2)Ovality of the pipe 0.25 to 0.4 mm.
(3)Radial runout of the rollers produced is between0.5 and 0.7 mm.

Bearing

(1)Strong water resistance.

(2)Hardness remains consistent over a wide temperature range.

Roller Shafts

(1)Their diameter is matched to the roller's load capacity—larger shafts handle heavier loads.

(2)The finish is 0.8 microns, the diameter is 0.01mm larger than the inner diameter of the bearing.Ensure the axial displacement and axial load.

Bearing Housings
