The Belt is an industrial drive belt designed for optimal power and torque transmission to rotating machinery parts. Its unique design with unmachined edges and teeth adapts seamlessly to roller and pulley contours, ensuring superior transmission efficiency and performance.

STRUCTURE

1.Top Fabric: The abrasion-resistant, flexible cover ensures a firm grip to reduce slippage. Crafted from multiple yarn plies, rubber-treated for adhesion, it offers protection against elements and static under adverse conditions.

2. Adhesion Rubber: This rubber binds the tensile cord and fabric cover to the compression rubber, ensuring no separation of belt components during operation.

3. Polyester Cord/Aramid Cord: The tensile cord is the belt's power transmission core. Wound in an uninterrupted spiral for enhanced strength, these cords are twisted in various configurations to suit load demands, pre-stretched for length stability and minimal in-use stretch.

4. Bottom Rubber: This layer supports tensile cords while dissipating heat during use. Our superior formulation resists flex cracking and compression fatigue.

5. Bottom Fabric: High-quality fabric covers the tooth surface, boosting the belt's service life and wear resistance.
