It is made of pure natural polyvinyl chloride, which is pollution-free and does not affect food hygiene and odor coverage. PVC conveyor belt product formula design is reasonable, meets hygienic indicators, has moderate color, is lightweight and durable. PVC conveyor belts are suitable for the food industry or light industry sector to transport grain or food in bulk, canned, or packed into boxes up to a particle size of 400, and the conveying capacity can be from 1 cubic meter/hour to 6,000 cubic meters/hour.
PU conveyor belts are oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant, cold-resistant, and cut-resistant. Polyurethane (PU) conveyor belts use specially treated high-strength synthetic polyurethane fabric as the load-bearing frame, and the coating layer is made of polyurethane (PU) resin.
